With Love in February

Taking a moment in between activities this weekend to share with you the ever changing landscape of our yard. The collage is a small collection of the 'Lake' on Saturday and Sunday. The water is starting to subside but there is still plenty for the visiting ducks and geese to enjoy.
These images capture what it is like to experience late winter in the Midwest. After a week of temperatures in the high 50's we woke to 2 inches of snow on the ground on Saturday. Sunday it is dreary and gray with the temperatures maxing out around 30 degrees.

I hope you are enjoying your Valentines Day weekend. We have been enjoying the sights and sounds of winter with family and friends.

  1. That is a lovely collage, Bren. We just got a dusting of snow, I was thankful it wasn't more.
