Birds, Fruit, Nuts and all those wonderful Natural Goodies!
I can hardly wait to show you the 9 foot tree in the Great Room. Here it is as of last night. I am still trying to pull together a tree topper. I would be more productive on the decorating project if it were not for the fun Saturday. I keep letting things distract me.
UPCLOSE - Giant Gold Pinecones
The top of the tall tree looks so bare with out the topper. I am thinking and collectiong some of my favorite things. Gold ribbon, feathers, gold spray painted branches and possibly a special bird will be in the arrangement. I saw some wonderful ideas on Home & Garden Webpage. It is funny how the simple things are not thought of when you are focusing so hard on getting the decorations just right. Next posting will be a completed tree! Let us just hope.

What a gorgeous tree! I love the idea of an all natural one. I like to use dried baby's breath to lighten the look of mine. I'm sure your tree topper will truly be the crowning touch - but I'll stop by to see.
