Let the Bulb Blooms Begin

I can't get enough of the Amaryllis that is putting on a wonderful color show in our home this Sunday. I hope you aren't sick of her yet because I have a few more of my favorite images of her to share. Today was a foggy cool day in my neck of the woods. The hazy snow bright day provided great soft natural lighting to take advantage of.

The image above is super fun - look at the show getting ready to be put on.  The best thing about this collection  is we have a few more buds still waiting to open on this plant alone.  I think the best part is that I planted her.:  Holiday Bulb Planting / October 2009

And just think..... I planted close to 100 bulbs that are being forced in the greenhouse! Can't wait to see what opens next to share with you.

Happy Sunday

Very nice. I have a few that I have grown on for a while. I should check to see if they have broke dormancy yet.

Beautiful shots Bren!
I am trying to rap my head around the hundred bulbs you have planted in the greenhouse. Wonderful! You will be able to supply us with a flower fix all winter long. LOL!.

That looks almost like mine! Do you know the name of it? And is it the same one you posted about on the 15th? I'm dying to know what amaryllis I ended up with! Nice photos, btw.

Bren, I look forward to seeing the 100 bulbs. That will be quite a show, especially if blooming at the same time.

Your Amaryllis would brighten any day.
